They had what I needed when I needed it. The only suggestion I have is that they have fresh coffee for customers in for a long day of moving.

The agent was helpful, I wasn’t sure if I had reserved the appropriate size, he suggested a little larger size and was spot on.
DIRK DArrived at location on Sunday during their open business hours. The entrance was not well marked, I walked around the building a bit until I found an imposing set of green steel gates ajar in front of glass double doors. Walked inside with my paperwork to find a gentleman in his pajamas on his phone on the couch, who said the place was closed. I asked who he was then (as it looked like he was living there) and he said "Security, just put the keys in the box outside". When I asked what to do with a rented trailer (no keys), he was kinda dumbfounded & said to park it anywhere I liked. I took a photo of my paperwork on the desk & several outside photos as proof of dropoff, since the security guy refused to even Touch my paperwork or remove himself from the couch, requesting it placed on the counter.
