EDGARD Munfortunately i was charged for safemove, which i had previously declined. this might have been caught before the rental if i had been given a copy of the rental agreement and charges when i showed up to pick up the truck. not a big deal but unfortunate.

Savas EEvery time I return the truck, it’s after hours, so there’s no one available to speak with. Yet every single time, I get charged a $50 cleaning fee on the receipt — even though I return the truck completely clean. I’ve called the office number listed on the paperwork multiple times, but no one ever answers. This has become a pattern, and it’s not acceptable. I expect this issue to be reviewed and the repeated $50 charges to be refunded or stopped going forward.
