I added a dolly to my rental few hours before the pickup and I didn’t get it. I guess I am charged on that too. I haven’t gottem any time to call customer support and ask for a refund but will do it this week.

Really for a first time UHaul'er I was so impressed. I arrived prior to the office opening, but I found the online verification and vehicle access really easy to navigate. A great experience. One small thing, the GPS location would not work on my Samsung Phone but luckily I was with a partner that had an apple device. That was minor for us. Thank you.

DECLAN SThe store was messy and disorganized. Staff were not that helpful, doing the bare minimum. Truck was dirty with stuff left in the cupholders. Upon return, they also falsely charged me for extra gas.
