Although this is an apparent U-Haul location, it appears to be just "self-service". I dropped of the truck and had to use the U-Haul app to take pictures of my return then dropped off the keys in a drop box. No staff to meet/speak with.
ALLEN LThis location has an extra $15 service charge - just to receive the key at the counter for your reserved truck. The app do not work for you to pick up the key. I believe it is intentional so that customer like me has no other option but to pick up at the counter for additional $15 service not mentioned online. I highly would not recommend this location.
ABELARDO CThe cashier guy demanded $15 just because he put paper label in front of the front door and the cashier machine that says “15 $$ Service Fee Will Paid Separately For All In Stores Pick Up Thank You.” I told him “I didn’t know about this. U-HAUL never mentioned this to me.” And he said, “Since you didn’t know, I give you $5 discount, so you only pay $10.” The interior of the truck itself was clean. However the mirror was dirty.
