The tire was crappy and then we had a blowout on the highway after 100 miles. It added 2 hours to my 9 hou drive. Check the tires!

Make sure you get all paper work. Otherwise you might have to wait to turn in your vehicles. Also you have to look up info on computor if you dont have all your info.

I filled up the truck to slightly above 3/4 of a tank. I did this itteratively at a gas station to make sure of this. When i got home i noticed on the bill that the attendend had marked that i had only returned it to 5/8 of a tank. This is probably a scam for him to charge me for more gas. As i mentioned, you will never have my business again

Found a truck last minute, easy transaction, they rented me the truck 40 minutes before opening hours since they were there. Very nice to work with. Also had until 7 PM to return which was perfect. No complaints.

I reserved a 20 ft truck and an appliance dolly online. The night before I was informed that I would get a 15 ft truck. When we got to the rental location, there was no appliance dolly. So we cancelled the rental. When I called customer service, they didn't even try to fix the issue. I will never use Uhaul again!!! Thanks for nothing.

The truck was dirty. The tank was 1/3 full. We asked if we could just get a fill up and return it filled up. That was not an option.

My interaction with the gentleman at the location was satisfactory, and the vehicle etc. However, I am disgusted at U-haul as an organization. I picked up my rental around 9:30am Saturday and returned it around 1:30pm on Monday. I was then charged for 4 days use! The rep. I spoke with on the phone was uncooperative and not courteous of friendly and was unwilling to connect me to a Supervisor or Manager to discuss it further. A "day" rental should be 24 hours. As a reasonable business person myself and I was technically 4 hours into the 3rd day I can completely understand the 3 day charge. I can not rationalize the 4th day charge and am requesting a refund for the 4th day. Given the lack luster response from your call center rep. I would appreciate a credit for the 3rd days charge as well.

The windshield and truck body were very dirty. The cab smelled bad. Ordered dolly and it was not ready in the truck.

Poor communication/not knowledgeable of U-haul policies and procedures. There was a notation from the pickup site which informed Zappa of error printed on gas level. The notation included stored id number for verification. Zappa refused to honor and refused to contact to contact uhaul. Instead they insisted I pay the price printed. The staff was rude. I was asked to return in the morning which I did. But the manager did not show up, instead called on phone but did not resolve the issue.
