I never received a call or a voicemail by 6pm the day prior to my reservation. My reservation was at a location that was closed. I was unaware that I needed an app in order to access my reserved vehicle until I got there and read it on the sign. There was absolutely no internet access - or phone service - in the parking lot so I was unable to download the app. I ended up having to go to another location, making both me and my entire family more than an hour late for our Father's Day plans. This was an enormous inconvenience, and I would like to speak with a customer service representative about it. I expect to hear from someone within 48 hours. Thank you.

Our experience in picking up the uhaul exceeded normal customer service. The rep was extremely friendly and helpful with getting us off on our way. After our move my husband mistakenly dropped his fob along with the returning the keys in a after hours box. He emailed the business and we received a response within 15 minutes after business hours that they had our fob. It was such a relief and just super great in everyday. Strongly recommend this location and staff.

Cecilia at Storage Solutios was wonderful. However, when I would call the telephone number for information or assistance, I would be told that Storage Solutions doesn't deal with U-Haul. This happened twice and was very angering.

Finding a place to drop off was not easy. Ultimate location was only available and not close to my home. That said, the customer service at the above location was excellent. Very pleasant and accommodating. No hassle, easy. Thanks

The customer service was very poor. When I returned the U-Haul the gas was exactly where I'd received it at, and I got charged over $20 because they're saying the gas was off. No reasoning, and was not willing to work with me to correct mistake. I returned U-Haul with gas where it was when I received it, paid to put gas back into it, however they still said it wasn't where it was when I got it. Extremely frustrating to deal with, why would I not be honest about it? They marked it at 3/4 tank, and when I got on the freeway I realized it was right below 3/4, so that's where I refilled it to. I returned it after hours, so I was unable to tell anyone that. Also, they're asking why I didn't take pictures of the tank if it was less than 3/4, but I noticed it once getting on the freeway, and it's illegal for me to pull out my phone and use it. Also, when inspecting the car, we inspected the outside, but not the inside. The guy just turned the car on and marked the information. He was new, it was his responsibility to show me things on the inside of the vehicle too, but he didn't. How am I supposed to know, he's the one renting it to me, and should be confirming things with me. Anyways, extremely frustrating experience, and apparently they'll do anything to get their money. There is NO way I was over $20 off on the gas, that's absurd.

The service I felt was excellent, however when I receive my receipt I was shocked to find that I had been double charged. I could not believe that the young lady failed to clearly inform me that if I did not drop the vehicle off in estimated time that I would be double charged. Had I known that it would have been issue I would have simply had dropped the vehicle of the following morning with no additional penalties. My son lease a storage unit at this particular facility for over three year an recommended them for their excellent customer service and was equally surprised. I called this evening to dispute the charge and was informed that I would be receiving a call from a representative in the morning.
