BO HThere is a business here with open signs but no one is present and attending the location. Any issues and you have to call U-Haul which I did
Kyler CThey gave a 15’ truck to a different customer under my reservation. I was charged for that truck on top of the 10’ truck I reserved. Keep calling and live chatting with no results. They even promised that area manager will call me to resolve the issue and he never called back. Absolutely ridiculous. I have all proves and documents. I will call my bank. Such a shame. I have spent hours to explain, and still they can’t figure it out.
RAY NIt was an awful experience getting the truck. There was a last minute problem with the reservation even thought everything was confirmed and the place was closed during pick up. I waited 20 minutes for the owner to finally arrive.
