1visit about a year ago lead to extra unnecessary charges that had to be resolved with regional management. 2nd visit we were notified 15 mins after leaving the we would be charged if our vehicle was left in their lot. Despite this “policy” being verbal with zero written or posted notification. In all my experience renting from various locations this was a first. Seems like a slimy attempt to catch people off guard and gauge them. WILL NOT RETURN
