Very difficult to deal with and communication was lacking. Needs more training.

It was after store hours when I dropped of the equipment. There was no room for the truck (26') next to the office, so I parked across the street, hoping it would be alright. There is a sign on the office door stating that this is NOT a UHAUL trailer drop-off location. It may help to differentiate between trailer and truck.

We initially had reserved for 5 pm. We ended up having something come up and so we hoped to get the truck, dolly, and pads earlier. I called but wasn't able to get through so I went in and spoke to the man just after they opened at 9:10 am. He was nice enough and informed us that the truck was due back by 12. We told him we may look elsewhere for a truck and he told my wife that we had rented from him - I felt that we had actually rented from UHaul and if there was another available truck that we could use then that would have been better. Anyway, we checked around and there were no other trucks so we waited and checked back in at 12. No word. He called the people who had it and they were keeping the truck for another hour they said. They ended up keeping it for bearly 4 more hours - we would check back with him every little bit to see if it was in. None of this was his fault - we understand our reservation was for later. However, after playing the waiting game, when time came to pick up the truck he informed us that he didn't have a dolly or pads even though they were on our reservation. Furthermore, apparently he charged us for the pads that he didn't have and the return place charged us for the full cost of the pads since they were not there but they were on our reservation. So, for the reasons stated above, I would not rent from this place again.

Todd was very kind and helpful. The truck was clean and ready to go when I got there. It drove well the whole way to Arizona and never had any issues.

The truck's information sheet had incorrect information on the size of the fuel tank. It claimed the truck had a 40 gallon tank. I ran the tank almost empty during use and when I refueled, I only put in 28 gallons. When the fuel meter adjusted, it was past full. Even after traveling a decent distance to return the truck, the meter was still full. Heaven forbid someone tries to fill 40 gallons in the future.

After pointing out that the gas tank was not on full when I was picking the truck up, I was told that the gauge needle would not move past its current location and was assured that the truck did indeed have a full tank of gas. When I filled the truck back up, I was disappointed to find out that the gas needle went all the way up to full and I was a fool for trusting the Uhaul rep. I had to pay for someone else's gas use (almost a quarter tank) and it wasn't cheap. I feel cheated.

The roll-up door did not have a water-tight seal. Some of our possessions had gotten wet, due to driving in rainy/snowy conditions.

Pickup was very easy and convenient. The people here were friendly and did not add on any crazy charges after returning the vehicle like some locations do.
