The truck smelled bad and the steering wheel was gross. The back of the truck had SHATTERED GLASS, screws, and thumb tacks on the floor... There was no walk thru of the truck given before I signed for the truck. The driver side door had apparently been broken into.

I would recommend that U-Haul.com send the address of the pickup when they send the order confirmation. I saw the address in the cart, but it disappeared thereafter. My companion happened to know the general area, so that was okay for me. The email confirmation stated the name of the pickup place, but didn’t happen to display the address al No with it. I was in a cell service hole, so it wouldn’t let me login to uhaul.com to check the address on my order...

To be completely honest, Im not sure why this location is better(all your employees are awesome) I just know that is way more convenient having the park and ride across the street. Thank you for the service!! I always go uhaul because of the low beds! I'm old. Lol

Showed up to pick up rental and used the "fast" online check in you can do on your phone which did not speed up the process at all. After I was done doing check in, tried to get my u haul keys and the office was locked at 11 am on a weekday. Had to call them to have them come out and give me my keys. Got Uhaul to find a piece of half eaten toast on the floor of the cab and to top it off, they charged me a cleaning fee after I returned it swept and cleaned. Called to ask why I had a late fee, that I believe they made a mistake and the guy on the phone told me the uhaul was left dirty and sent me pictures of a few specks of debris that we had apparently missed when we swept late late the previous night in the dark and missed a few specks of debris. Bad experience.

Camille was great, but your petty overcharge for gas is laughable. The gage was well past the 9/16 mark noted at the beginning after I put in $15 worth of gas for a single trip from Sandy to Draper. You blatantly lie saying it was at the 1/2 mark. I am not going to argue over pennies, but I will not use Uhaul again

Even though I emptied and swept out the truck, I was charged a cleaning fee. When trying to resolve it, I called the phone number but could not talk to anybody who could help me.

Everything was great except for the absence of an orange key box. When I called the local dispatch for assistance (since I was dropping off before the office opened), the agent on the phone was rude. I put the keys through an unlabeled hole in the door; I am unsure whether that's what was expected.

The online pickup process was a nightmare ; it took 20 min, I had to take a picture of my face and the front and back of my license, and then provide a contact number, which the customer service representative chatting with me on my phone then called and told me that because the person didn’t answer I couldn’t pick up the truck until I provided a friends number that would pick up. I gave them the number of the Uber driver sitting with me, and they called him to verify that he knew who I was, and only then was I allowed to pick up the check. It was a ridiculous process and I won’t do it again

I went online and input all the information needed. When I arrived to pick up the truck everything was ready. I called the girl in advance. She was very nice took my credit card and we were on our way. The service I received was what I expected.

Employee did not know how to work the computer system because of a system update that Uhaul had done the night before. Could not take payment, but wrote down my credit card information on a post it note, which really scared me, for security reasons.

The woman 'Heaven' didn't know what she was doing. Kept saying they "updated the system and it's not working" which may have been the case, but I waited for over 30 minutes while she tried to figure it out. Also, I got charged for a 2nd day because they closed at 3:00pm! That is ridiculous!!! I will never use that location again, and will likely never use U-Haul again.

Too expensive... took the truck twenty miles away to pick up a mattress, twenty miles back. 40 miles total.... it cost me $75... ridiculous had the truck for less thank two hours

I was disappointed in one thing. I went to the store to get the Uhaul truck and then when it was time to pay, they didn't offer a military discount. They said I'd have to call Uhaul directly for the military discount. When I called Uhaul directly, they informed me they don't offer a military discount.
