The owner here is friendly and kind. However I wish I did not have to pick up at this location as it was over 45 minutes from where I had reserved my equipment. This really messed up my plans and I was notified last minute with no alternative solutions presented to me.

The place was closed and was apparently on closed for quite some time. There was absolutely nobody around, large snow banks and the driveway was covered in deep snow. We requested to drop off in Portland Ontario but that location, open year around, doesn't show up in their computer.

Michael CThe trailer tongue was on the ground and had no jack. With the weight of the surge break it was very hard to hook up and disconnect from truck. Was almost impossible for one person.
