Customer service was TERRIBLE, the guy didn’t fully explain the rental process & had a nasty attitude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

Was charged more than the actual mileage used upfront - was charged $120 for a rental that was suppose to be $30- insurance was forced and was told by owner this was the first time this location actually had a rental- would like a full refund- owner said to contact customer service

Shenna SPoor experience from start to finish. Uhaul representative wasn't available at the location. Only had the option to check in online. After not being able to check in online I called the location and had to wait several minutes for someone to arrive. There wasn't any gas in the truck.
