Tried to pick up from a uhaul hub, got sent here. Had to use the app which was frustrating. Lockbox wouldn’t open.

The guy did not come out and inspect the truck with me. It had lots of damage that I documented so I would not get blamed for. It also smelled so bad of cigarettes! I went in to tell him. This truck smells so bad so when I bring it back I want you to know, he says I can’t smell so dosnt matter.

KRISANN Cfast and efficient
ROBERT DI had reserved a trailer at a location 10 minutes from home the day before I picked it up was told I had to go to a location 30 minutes from home, so making a reservation is useless. Once I got to the new location the person was a half hour late showing up. Very unhappy
