I have rented same trailer from this location half dozen times with helpful young man, yesterday the older woman was short, rude and lacked basic knowledge about using trailer tongue jack. I have a standard Ram 2500 she complained my hitch was to tall. After connecting trailer myself using a scrap 2x6, she spent next five minutes chastising me how she will never be able to rent to me again, claiming that if someone saw it she would be in trouble. Completely Absurd, after unhooking trailer myself she continued to relentlessly complain and chastise me. Never again! Lakeside U-Haul staff much nicer, knowledgeable and have basic understanding of trailer jack-stand and what is safe.
