Drop off was ok, loading up process news improvement. Lights was poor.
Jose DI wasted around 40mins trying to get the license uploaded into the system. We had to call someone to help since the system was not working. From 6hrs I had rented, I was only able to actually use the UHaul for 5hrs. Which put my move in time back 1hr.
Vivian CCustomer service was excellent.
Robert DI would recommend someone to ask for a staff location for returns. U-haul app needs a lot of work. had to go out of app to take a picture, go back in to app and upload. Then to find out I needed to take more than one picture to return vehicle - 1. App should advise to take those three pictures; 2. App should access phones camera to take and upload picture.
