I was previously at the U-Haul moving and storage for over an hour waiting because computers weren’t working and after 45 min the trailer reserved for me was not there. So the staff called somebody and they got it figured out and sent me to beds and beds. So between both stores it was almost 2 hrs to get a trailer. The staff at both places was great and friendly. Both places were bitchin the computer system is junk. Especially on weekends . I never did get a printed contract.
