Location was too far from pickup location. Traveled from Frederick, MD passing several u-haul locations along the way.
Britiany SWell I don't know why I was charged an extra $78 dollars after I paid my contracted price . And I didn't receive a refund after it was dropped off. I never received anything 😔

Michael CDrop off box and parking are not clearly visible or discernible. Attendant was busy helping someone else so suggested I use the remote drop off to save time which was fine and thoughtful.
