I showed up to rent on time (actually a couple minutes early), , but U-haul did not assign equipment to my reservation because the system was down, which was not communicated until I was on the phone. Therefore, I had to speak to FOUR different people to complete what should have been as easy process to pick up. This took almost half an hour, making me late for my appointment and causing fees there. Therefore, I did not fill up the gas tank - it was at 1/4 tank when I got it. I would like to be refunded the $21 gas fee due to this unpleasant experience.

The only issue was with opening the back door...the coils got tangle up! which made for us a very big challenge! We were not happy with that at all!
Rodney LPicked up on Sunday. Location was closed but used a drop box. Four boxes for keys. Top one was different than 2,3,and 4. I had #1 and was a bit confused as to where the numbers were to enter my code. Finally figured out there was a latch that had to be lifted to expose the numbers. The key was inside and all was good.
