The truck was dirty inside and in the cargo area, lots of ice on the ground around the entire car wash site, and the lock on the key lock box was frozen shut, took 15 minutes to get it open. It all worked out fine but it was a bit of a struggle. The location is helpful but they don't make anything easy on you.
