GARY EReserved a 15ft box truck online and had the paperwork in hand. Pick up location had me down for a conventional van and not a 15ft box truck. They only had a 10ft box truck that I had to use.
MICHAEL TI find it ridiculous that I made my reservation in person 25 minutes from my house but had to drive an hour and a half each way to pick up my trailer.
