Trailer was definitely showing its age. The walk around and set-up when I picked up the trailer was the most thorough I think I've ever had. This crew could give your other dealers lessons on how it's done! Excellent customer care and service.

TIMOTHY ZThe only bummer with my rental is that my Drop-Off location was changed because my contract drop location had too much equipment. That’s not my problem, I don’t work for U-Haul to move your equipment around for you.
