DANA K.The app was a little quirky checking in and upon return (wasn't able to save photos or process pickup without calling rep). Dropping off keys shows a drop box. I didn't see a drop box at this location. Therefore I placed the keys in the pickup box and locked it. Otherwise the experience was good overall. Easy to use remotely and worked with my schedule.
Larry E.Truck was clean. The check engine light was on, the brakes were in need of replacing (brake noise), exhaust was a little loud.
