Unit was not cleaned out in the back, Top above the cab was filthy. The reservation was supposed to include a appliance dolly the dolly was not in the rental, i was not charged for the dolly rental, however not knowing the dolly was removed caused us to be delayed with our move by 3 hours as we had to go to another location to get one.
austin EU-haul computers were down. Took an hour to get the truck. No issues with movenit storage just U-haul computers and the app that just spun.
