The uhaul rental was fine. BUT this location had no idea how to transact the deal. The clerk at Jerry's One Stop was new and tried very hard but honestly the time to check out and then rental the truck (earier) than planned took was too long. I haven't checked my receipt yet to be sure that I was charged correctly - that is no incidental charges. Look when I need to move, I will use UHaul but will go out of my way not to use this location.

Would only recommend if convenient to the person's location. It's out of the way and the drop-off was handled by phone with a person at a different location.
James MThe place to put the lock was not complete- missing the top part. Completely gone. Luckily we had a car traveling with us that could park right behind to prevent theft.
SUSAN TJerry’s was perfect. However, my original rental was in Hickory, NC. I went there in person to rent. They assured me a trailer was available. The day of that receive a call it is not and I needed to drive 50 minutes away. Unfortunately it added 3 hours to my 10 hour trip making it a 13 hour trip
