There’s is another uhual place across the street and when looking at the map from uhual, that is the place we dropped it off at. After receiving multiple calls, we were told it was the wrong place. We went to go get it and take it to the right uhual, and the lady at the desk refused to listen and give us the key. After arguing with us, she finally released it and we took it across the street.

Tried to rent a truck using Truck Share and while waiting in the lot to pick up the truck I was denied verification multiple times without explanation from some outsourced yahoo over a chat program. So if anyone reads this, don't trust this company to bring its services into the 21st century and go the old school route. Hopefully another company will come along with an app for us to use and dethrone uhaul. Terrible

Great reception. Cleanliness outstanding. Worker immediately swept grass I tracked in. Cashier/check-in associate gracious and really attempted try get my costs lower. She did, and $2.20 cost worth all.

I had originally scheduled a pickup at a location in Houston. When I got to the location the trailer size I reserved was not available. I specifically picked the location days in advance to guarantee the size I needed. Sticker station was nice about the inconvenience and reserved me another uhaul at the 660 Sawdust location. Had I known the nightmare of a process this switching of reservations would bring I would have cancelled the reservation all out and hired someone to move the piece of furniture I was transporting. When I got to the 660 Sawdust location the employee was rude, did not know a thing about the uhaul order processing software, and quite frankly didnt seem to care at all. She checked me in and said I HAD to return to the Uhaul to that location. This location as extremely out of the way from my house and had I known this I would have never continued with the reservation. Fastforward to Sunday at 4pm when I've gone out of the way to return the trailer to the 660 sawdust location. I pull up and the employee said "Were full you can not return this here". After explaining my situation and where I was instructed to return the trailer the day before they made room and let me return the trailer. I was told I would only be charged once but I was charged at both locations and both pending charges went through. I would like a refund for the first location since the reservation was cancelled. After this awful experience I will never use Uhaul again. Please train your non Uhaul location correctly. They are representing your brand name and it only takes one bad experience at some awful gas station to ruin a customer for life. I chose to check in via mobile. It was extremely delayed with no communication of why. The attendants at this gas station who facilitate the rentals were extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. I wish I would have just checked in with them rather than the mobile option. Because it is a gas station, they are open 24 hours. I'm grateful so that I had a human to assist me. The truck was reasonable, but not as clean as I would prefer.

Representative did not give us the combination to the lock on the truck's door which led to later delay while we sought the code. She did not correct the phone number as we requested which led to later miscommunication since we never received the text from U-haul. She told us the truck was full of gas but later we learned that it was not, which led to an unpleasant truck return at the drop off location.

Parked the truck in the back and then did the express return thing. It said to return the key to the drop box, but didn’t say where it was. Had to search the whole gas station, and finally found it attached to a parkage on the front of the station but had to search all over for it.

There was some trash inside, nothing too bad, but it was evident truck was not checked after previous rental. Gas gauge was not accurately recorded on agreement either. Convenient location, but had to check everything myself.

They didn’t go over the trailer with me - it was pretty old with some cosmetic damages and a little structural damage. This location was actually hard to find.
