The truck was dirty on the inside of the cab it appeared to be spell Coke everywhere and there were over 100 ants in the truck me and my daughter got beer all over Our bodies by the ants ants

The truck wasn’t well maintained. I picked up the truck and there was trash in the interior. When I arrived at my location, I saw the truck was leaking oil all over the street right in front of my brand new home. UHAUL! Get it together. You fail at the basics. I’m pissed about all the oil leaks.

Sunday availability awesome. Customer service need to say there is a $29 Service fee way too much. I had to sweep out truck apparently from last customers mess. No dolly suggested definitely needed.

More clear instructions for pickup. The online remote pickup instructions did not work. I had to go inside the convenience store and handle it there. Also, the furniture pads I reserved were not available.

Was told the unit was there for pick up got there and had to get a more expensive unit because they didnt have the one i asked for like i was told

The guy in the gas station was nice. But when I walked in their was only one person in front of me in line at the gas station. Then as other customer's walked in to purchase things, he kept asking me to wait while he rang them up. I was next in line, but I guess the gas station customers came first. No one else there to help. Then as we're walking out to the truck, he starts helping another customer load a dolly. Then he pushes a crate with a bunch of blue moving blankets towards the station, and a RAT jumps out of it. Disgusting.

I did not appreciate the fact that no one was very accommodating about the issue with my contract being printed incorrectly. I informed the young lady, Stacy, at my pickup location that it was supposed to be a one-way trip and she never told me I ti ally that she saw two reservations made in my name. Had she taken time to confirm that with me, I wouldn’t have had to pay so much for what I didn’t ask for. I had no knowledge of that other reservation so there’s no way I would’ve known there were two in my name. Even the location I went to drop off at was not helpful. They were quick to turn me away and tell me my co tract said “in town” and that I needed to take the truck back where I picked it up. They didn’t even act like they wanted to help find a better solution. This was my absolute first time renting with U-Haul and I really feel I will consider an actual moving company in the future. Terrible customer service in person and over the phone as well.

They did not have my truck in this location. Had to go to different city (Spring, Sawdust rd) to get another truck there. A sign claiming that I would get $50 if vehicle not available was not honored. Pretty sad that such a large corporation uses false advertisement and does not follow up on its written policies...

Charged double for what I was quoted. The agent said that they would take the I recharge off. Then had me sign. Said he couldn't print the receipt and it would be emailed to me. After I left I opened the email to find out that he lied to me. I rent Several times a month for my business. I'm sad that I chose this location. I'll go back to the more friendly locations across the street and nearby. Around the corner. Looking forward to writing a public review.

The man did not leave his cashier station or the building. We had to unhook the trailer & move it back against a wall. I have NEVER had to do this before with any other U-Haul facilities. Zero customer service - he could have cared less about the trailer or us.

The a/c did not work for the entire trip from Spring, TX to Enfield, CT. It also did not want to start up or go over 50 mph.

Counter person was unhelpful, insisting that I was responsible for removing the dolly. This has never happened to me before. To be fair, she did not appear to have anyone on hand to help and was responsible for running a gas station as well as the Uhaul store.
