Furniture dolly was not provided. Moving pads were not provided. I was double charged for the utility dolly. (I was charged for 3 dollies but only one was provided). The vehicle was very dirty (I took pictures) and the app failed when both picking up and dropping the vehicle. Further, I'm somehow STILL seeing new charges beyond the receipt amount (which was incorrect according to the contracted equipment) appear on my account.Michael O.

I ALWAYS us Uhaul for my moves. The truck I got was very old and I was not informed the truck could not be on grass, we got stuck in mud, I'm 57 years old and I fell on the mud hurt my back. We finally got the truck out and made our move. I was in so much pain, it took me and daughter along time to unload. I couldn't drive and my daughter dos not have. License, so I call customer service but the wait was 60 minutes, so I chatted and asked if someone could come pick up the truck. No answer. I drove 36 miles total, put the gas back to a quarter tank like it was when I picked it up. I know I was late returning it but I could not get a hold of anyone. The charges are way more than anticipated and don't have those funds to pay you. I would like to request some consideration and remove all extra fees. I had already paid for my rental via credit card. You are charging me again for truck rental on my debit card I provided, charging for an extra Dolly. Please reconsider the bill and make the corrections accordingly.Martha J.
The Uhaul website would not let me return the rental. This cost me hours of hold time and stress. Until this is fixed I will be very hesitant to use Uhaul again.Andrew R.
