Customer Reviews

Make paperwork go more smoothly. The credit card reader would glitch and lose the entire transaction. I got the impression that this is a common problen

Johnny the manager at the initial pick up point on E. Franklin in Springfield was 1, Rude, 2, did not have the vehicle set up at requested time and stated vehicle would have to be returned to him even though the pre-register was for one-way trip 3, gave a trailer which was not road worthy and I had to use my own safety equipment to secure car on trailer since a tire strap was frayed and ratchet handles were inoperative to where you had to secure by other means than designed. If Johnny worked for me I would fire him for being rude to customers on phone while I was waiting and rude to me. The person at R W towing sent me to Oregon city with a faulty trailer and the incorrect truck showing on paperwork that I drove 59 miles in 30 city blocks and fuel gage read 3/4 full and in reality was 1/2 full and I took a picture at his shop before I left of all gages as proof.
