I was supposed to pick up the truck at 7:30am cause that’s what my reservation said. But they did not open until 8am. So maybe check hours of place before giving reservation time options.

The individual that checked me in didn't even come outside to check the equipment or help me unhitch it from my truck. They need re-training.

Area is very run down. Store interior is cluttered. Entrance door doesn't open fully due to clutter. Store is very messy. RR tracks trapped us in because the tracks cross both ends of the loop. Had to wait for train and as it is ended up having to turn around three times! Train moved but was obviously dropping off & picking up cars. Personnel were adequate but not overly helpful. This location will do in a pinch, but may opt for other sites given the need.

The location staff members were nice, courteous and helpful. I was disappointed corporate staff told me she reserved a 15' truck & I had the option to keep the 15' or change to 10' footer. When I arrived I realized a needed the 15' truck but none were available. Disappointed. But, was happy to learn of this close location. Thanks

The person who assisted me with the rental changed my truck drop off due date without telling me and I didn't notice until I got a call from the drop off location telling me I was late. I had booked online for a two day rental, but the associate changed it to one day. I got an angry phone call but could not do anything to help the other location out as the truck was full of stuff and still in another state.

Hard to find and unmarked. Not helpful when I called with questions. Put me on hold for 20 mins and never answered when I hung up and called back. Very dirty location that was more of a pawn and rental shop than anything to do with uhaul.

We had to remove and scrub the floor liner prior to use. It was covered in animal fur and the van smelled like animals.

Needs a better defined service counter and not look like you stepped into the back of a warehouse. Received the only trailer that looked like it was on its last legs. Wheel fell off after 10 hours of driving.

Great experience, nice, helpful men. Your 800 customer service people are rude, unhelpful, don't tell you about all the charges involved, and give you the run-around when you ask questions. Put on hold at least 3 times when trying to rent. Waited 25 -45 minutes each time and still waiting to hear about an unresolved charge. Probably will never use U-Haul again. Penske cost more but they are great to work with, unlike your 800 customer service people. We were scheduled to return the truck to Jonas Snow Removal and Lawn Care. When the truck was returned, they refused to take it. The woman running the desk said she had contacted another store (JT Enterprises), and we were supposed to take the truck there instead. When we arrived at the second location, the manager informed us that no such call had taken place. He said this had been occurring regularly with customers, and he no longer had room to accept another truck. They had us contact two other stores before one would take the truck. When it was clear we were going to the fourth store attempting to return the truck, we called the original store from our contract (Jonas Snow Removal) and left a message requesting they call us back. A detail message was left regarding the contract and request for information, but the company never returned our call. We were extremely thankful when Rainbow Rentals accepted the truck. By the time we reached their location, we had been attempting to return the truck for two hours. (The original drop-off location was a 15 minute drive from our home.)
