The back was not swept out. The front was also dirty and there were sunflower seeds coming from underneath the seat.

The online pickup was very difficult. The Internet connection was weak and the U Haul steps are very time consuming, not a pleasant experience
John JIt's my fault because I didn't reread the contract closely enough when I was picking up, but they changed the per mile cost from what my confirmation says to what the contract says so I ended up paying $60 more than I thought I would. Trying to contact customer service about this is like trying to get an answer from a brick wall. So I guess I'm out $60, which isn't a huge deal, but the principle of UHaul changing the terms really annoys me.
