Location and the lady who helped me was great. Found a used toothpick in the truck which wasn’t pleasant. The truck also badly needed an alignment and new brake rotors.
JOSHUA SI’ve rented a storage unit and many UHaul trucks over the past several years from Stp & Go storage. I’ve never have I been told that it’s my fault that my debit card was charged as opposed to the Virtual card which was typed into the system by the employee from my phone. When I called today to say the wrong card was charged she told me “YOU gave me two cards” (inferring it was my fault) I said yes because you asked me for “A card” to HOLD the reservation. I was physically in the store the day before I rented it which is when I had to put up my debit card, while doing so I said my Bank card won’t be charged will it”? I was told no, it was just to hold the reservation. The next day when I picked the truck up I gave her my phone showing the virtual card so she could type it in. So, all she had to say was, “oh no, sorry about that”! Her tone conveyed she was annoyed and/or aggravated while telling me she could not help me and for me to call UHaul. When I asked how did this happen, she reiterated that I gave her two cards. If she had just looked into it and not blamed it on me you would not be receiving this lengthy message where I am pissed off!
