Absolutely terrible service by the unprofessional front desk “owner”. Original rental could not be completed due to lost keys stating that could have been taken by a customer from the previous day.

The attendant was friendly, but did not leave his computer to greet me at the counter. He dud not ask about mileage or anything. So, even though I had put gas in the truck to the point where it was when I picked it up (it was not full), I was still charged for refueling! I did not find this out until I got the receipt in email! Which I am contesting.

George NInside of Truck needed swept out and there were items left in there from the last person that used it.
