Poor customer service..gave us wrong size truck and didn't tell us. No information on vehicle..just said keys were inside and walked away. Also location did not have enough packing blankets that were requested when truck was booked.

There was a "system wide failure" the day I rented the uhaul. Not only did I book it on the phone, but I did what was suggested and went online to input my information in order to expedite the process. I waited more than an hour at the pick up centre. There were no alternative to renting a truck, ie. Having backup, such as paper work, as opposed to having the franchisees to fill it out on the computer. What if the technology went down? Then what? As far as I'm concerned I had poor customer service due to franchisor neglect.

I appreciated the attendant assisting me in hooking up the auto transporter and making sure everything was correct. The walk around to view the hook up and making sure all of the safety aspects were in place was a big boost.

Not only was our reservation pick up location changed, as was our drop off location. They didn't return our calls to request this to be changed. The drop off location was very unprofessional. There was no indication as to where to go to return keys and check in the truck. We had to go through a maze of cars to reach even reach the building. I would highly advise not using Uhaul. The truck was in horrible condition. Driving at 110kms/hr attempting to be fuel efficient did nothing. We only needed 2 days to move but had to have 5 and paid for 5! Paid 620$ for nothing. I would recommend Ryder or Carter. Uhaul's quality is non-existent!

The location is a little difficult to park but the site was very accommodating and great service. I had a 20 ft truck with auto carrier, the parking lot was small but I managed to park the truck and offload my vehicle with no problem. Staff was there to assist in every way

Check-in process needs to be improved, as no check was done on vehicle, either for damages or full gas tank???

recommend that the drop off location close off the contract at time of drop off. I received a call from uhaul a week later indicating I had not returned the truck.

I was told to "go park" the trailer past a building. i commented that there was limited room and to park it where i wanted would involve going onto a bust roadway and then stopping and backing the trailer into a relatively small place. The response was....I will go get someone. No help was offered to remove the trailer, inspect it or help in pushing it back into the parking spot. The service at the pick-up location was just the opposite. Friendly attendant...hooked up and secured the trailer declining any offer of assistance. Check in was smooth and efficient. I will not be inclined to ever rent a trailer...or recommend The Auto Boss to anyone seeking a Uhaul. John Montgomery

Not happy with the service associated with auto boss. My original pickup was cancelled and I had to rearrange my schedule to pickup the uhaul the following day. Also, auto boss was not very helpful at all.

There was nobody at the pick up location for the scheduled time. We called and he took another 20 minutes to arrive. Also, the UHaul representative I spoke to on the phone gave me the wrong information causing me to receive additional charges.

The owner simply gave me the keys and said go find your truck in the lot. The truck was stuck in the parking lot because of snow drifts and improper snow removal. The exit from the parking lot onto the road was extremely unsafe. The door to the back of the truck was frozen shut in the unlocked position. On top of everything the owner found me on Facebook the next next and sent a private message through his personal account and sent request to 'friend' - making me feel very uncomfortable. The whole experience was very unprofessional and I will never return to this location.

I was left to hookup the trailer myself. It was not checked before I left. I think for liability sake as well as customer service a qualified UHAUL rep should hookup or at least check that it is hooked up properly.

Showed up at the location and waited around as the sign said open come in and no one showed or was there when we got there waited around for someone to show up so finally left and he was there when we got back. But other then that it was OK...

The place of dropoff was closed and not easy to back trailer into place.

I was provided with a vehicle which had no windshield wiper fluid and the driver side wiper hose had a hole in it resulting in no fluid dispensing on the drivers side of the windshield. I had a very difficult time highway driving as I had to stop several times just to clean the road salt off my windsheild so I can see the road. All this plus I was charged for an extra day because the office is not open on Sundays, so i was made to also pay for Saturday just so I could have the uhaul to use Sunday morning. I am not impressed at all!

Add snow tires to the vehicle. It is late November in Sudbury. It is dangerous and stupid to be driving without snow tires at this time of year. Especially for someone who is new to the vehicle, i.e. all of your clients. Please add snow tires immediately.

I did not get the truck reserved. They offered a discount on the one I did get. I was suppose to have the truck back at 10 am. I was not able to because of the extra trips which had to be done because of a smaller vehicle. They were very considerate of it and I am truly sorry for the person who had to wait for this Uhaul.
