Provide a truck at the location where it was actually reserved. We reserved the truck for an Abbotsford pickup and were told - only 24 hours ahead of time that the pickup had been moved to Summerland....3 1/2 hours away. Uhaul did not compensate us for the extra fuel that it cost to drive it back those extra 3.5 hours. Nor for the time, fuel and inconvenience it cost us to get to Summerland to pick up the truck. We were left scrambling on a move that needed to happen that day - which was why we reserved the truck more than 2 months ahead of time. And they still couldn't provide a truck where we reserved it.
