Remove the charge of the appliance dolly as there was no dolly on truck and I was still charged for it. Thankfully I had bought my own the week prior or I would've been SOL
Jose Akey/lock was extremely hard to get into. It took us over an hours to finally get into the key box. Uhaul app experience was extremely lengthy. Took forever to finish the process when I was already in a rush to move.
