Have the manager answer the phone, or have someone located in the store to help the customers. I need a refund on my bill. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO HELP ME.

Daniel AMy pick up was 9:00 person who did rentals didn’t get there till 9:20 now I didn’t get there till 9:08 but that’s on me he said he checked the night before there were no reservations I made my reservation late like 9:00 cuz your system was down when I called earlier
