Have the correct truck on hand the customer reserved. Better communication. Need to explain to the customer if you are closed how to access the keys and return the truck. Let the customer know the smaller trucks have no ramps. Better communication skills. Very dissatisfied with this location.

I Not giving customers all charges before renting and then charging them Extra charges after is not good customer service. Then when customer calls to get a explaining of the extra charges and your told I'm busy I will email you is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE period. No call back, just a email.

He was incredibly rude and unhelpful starting with just my calling and asking for directions when i was lost. I will never recommend him or go to him with my business. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had.

I rented my truck at 1:13 pm, finished updating the incorrect information and doing my walk around at 2:06 at which point I got an message stating "your rental is due back in 4 hours at 5:15 pm". I lost over 45 minutes of my rental from the get go. To finish everything the rental experience when I brought the truck back it took over 1.5 hours of me trying everything, to get the truck checked back in to hopefully avoid the $20 for not doing my own check in, and then I get charged for another use anyways? Very horrible experience. I even had to call uhaul customer service and try to get help on check in.

The place is a dump. Honestly looks like a junkyard. The owner/operator of the location messed up my contract in the beginning so I already knew it was going to be one of those days. I needed a uhaul for a quick dump run, about 20 miles in total. It was about 2.5 hours in total. I swept the cargo area out at the dump but admittedly I would say there was the smallest amount of dust left. (Nothing that you would even think about it you rented) I was unfairly charged a 30 dollar cleaning fee! Anyway, maybe I’m bitter about it but I’ll say this. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH UHAUL. Would rather goto enterprise or hertz and rent a van from them. AT LEAST they’re apart of a professional business.

Considering the inconvenience and the cost - staff should have taken a moment to submit the claim information at the time of drop off rather than refer the customer to an 800 number as it took just a few minutes.

Mr a Dick head I called and questioned about my bill because the app didn't work for me ,he said call back tomorrow I looked it up, I didn't feel settled with that ,so I call back the person that he had instructed me that was gone for the day actually picked the phone up kind of got irritated words were said Mr Travis is truly a racist, he wouldn't give me any additional information plus he lied to me as a customer said the people were gone couldn't answer no question it was just a few minutes prior to time getting off I didn't understand it that's my rating His customer service is a 0 and so is his business over there his customer service sucks

An employee harassed me as I was leaving the truck, claiming the truck was dirty and would require washing. I told him it was dirty when I picked it up, and that I had indicated that on check in. he would not leave me alone and kept following me around as I tried to finish the return process on my app. it was very uncomfortable and I had to ask him to leave me alone multiple times. It wasn't until I called my husband over to help that he left.

12v did not work as well as other stuff. The cab was dirty and i did not appreciate the incredibly rude calls after apparently someone processed my card wrong saying my card was declined and they were going to initiate their recovery process, whatever fucking scary shit that may be. I am imagining Tom Cruise ninjaing through my windshield while I get a foot to the throat throwing me out the door and tadah! Mission Impossible: UHaul Recovery. Funny thing is my card ran just fine one hour later upon return of the vehicle so there never was an issue and I didnt get my full time I needed.
