I was not informed of the location's hours of operation (7 am-11 am) when I made my online reservation nor when I picked up the truck. Upon drop off, 2hrs before due I was hit with an after-hours service fee and a cleaning fee that was not disclosed to me until after I had returned the truck. This location was not forthcoming, helpful, or professional. Not worth the convenience.DENISE D.

The online reservations seemed relatively easy but when "picking up the vehicle" the online reservation said there was a problem and to call a certain number. I called and was on hold a very long time. I gave up and went to the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. Nothing better than real people.DANIEL DAVID G.
We ordered a 20 ft truck weeks in advance and ordered movers through you guys as well. 25 minutes before our scheduled pick up we get a call that they don't have a truck for us because the people before us did not return in time. Was then told there was no other trucks anywhere and they were working to try to find us one. Was then told they found a 17 foot truck for us at a location a bit farther away, which was not a problem. Got to the location to find out they did not have a 17 foot truck but a 10 foot truck (HALF THE SIZE OF THE TRUCK WE NEEDED). I took the truck because at that point I didn't have much of a choice because movers were on their way. The small truck was not ideal as we had to make 3 trips instead of just 1 trip and it hindered our time with the movers as well since we were paying them for drive time as well. We received no compensation from you guys for this inconvenience and I am extremely unhappy with the overall experience.Ashley P.

This was the worst rental process I have been through with a U-Haul experience. I reserved a truck 3 days before we needed the truck and was informed everything was a go and the truck was reserved no problem. The night before we need the truck I get a text from U-haul telling me the truck I had reserved in good faith was no longer available . The closest place that U-haul reserved a truck for my use is 20 to 30 minutes away from my place meaning I now am driving there to pick it up and another 20 to 30 minutes back to my place to load it up. This is completely inconvenient. U-haul did try to adjust for this but when I go to pick up the truck at this new location, the truck is not there and ready to go. They did not even offer a replacement truck with several parked there already. We now have to come back to get the truck so another hour has been wasted. I now return to pick up the truck and it has not been cleaned properly. The floors are filthy and the cup holders have crud in them, The only reason I used the truck is I had no choice because we were running out of time to move the stuff. I return the truck in the same condition that the truck was given to me now U-haul wants to charge me an additional cleaning charge. That is completely unacceptable. We should be given a refund for the way this situation was handled.Ronald M.
He claimed my reservation had been cancelled and told me they were closed when I arrived to pick up my truck even though I had a confirmation email. He didn't wear a mask and he had a roll of toilet paper on the counter with Obama's face in it. Totally racist, anti-masker. I will never rent a truck from UHaul again.Aaron L.
