I was overcharged for some “coverage” that was never disclosed. I’ve been trying to reach the location - calling for weeks and leaving countless of voicemails. Nobody answers, no call backs. Disgraceful customer service!

Nothing needs to be done at this premises. Stephan at U-Haul was very courteous and professional. I enjoyed renting from him. Now guys hurry up and go and rent from this location. You will not regret. This place is always busy. Thank you, Stephan.

I arrived at 11:00 for a 10:00 am appointment and they were giving my reservation away. I am charged an additional $50.00 to my $63.22 bill and am unable to get anyone to call me back after a week of trying and the charge remains unknown and unresolved 1 week later. Needless to say I am an unhappy customer.

This is the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had! To start off I've been on hold trying to get ahold of someone at Uhaul for 20+ minutes now. This location didn't have the equipment I paid for, which is unacceptable, and on top of that they made me go to another location to pick up the equipment AND I had to pay for it twice. I was late moving because of it. The guy who gave me the rental never checked the vehicle with me or the gas and didn't let me know I needed to take pictures or that I could view it online. Then once I finally got into the Uhaul it was disgusting on the inside and out. I was moving with my girlfriend who is allergic to dogs, and the entire inside was covered in dog hair causing her to have an allergic reaction. Finally when I dropped it off the guy didn't do a walk through of the vehicle with me again, took for ever and couldn't get his printer to work so it took even longer. Not to mention the fact that the location was terrible and dirty and the employee was not that friendly. I hope I hear back from someone soon to help me resolve this matter.

Terrible customer service, they weren’t ever in the office and impossible to get a hold of. On top of that, they charged my card numerous times with a bunch of hidden fees including a $50 cleaning fee??

I made my reservation online and selected to go into the location to pick up the keys. Hence your reservation system didn’t send me the link to check out online. When I arrived the location was closed with a post it note on door with a phone number. When I called the number, the person who answered said “check out online, it what people do” and then hung up on me! It took me over an hour to get someone to change my reservation so the link could be emailed to me so I can check out online. This location MUST have their franchise revoked!!!

Where to begin. It was easy enough to find the location. The truck was not swept out, and there was some strange sticky purple goop left in spots on the cargo floor. At first I didn't notice it, and some of it got on my equipment. I cleaned as much of it as I could with cleaner and paper towels. When I tried to check in with my phone using the web app it told me to look for a padlock on the back of the truck with an word passcode. There was no padlock on the back of the truck besides the key padlock that was chained to the back gate for locking and unlocking, but there was no key for it nor an engine key. After calling the provided phone number (323-338-2138), some worker who was apparently was in charge of the region, I thoroughly explored the yard myself to finally find a wall mounted lockbox with a numerical code, hidden behind a completely different truck. After telling the guy on the phone about it he was able to get me the numerical code to open it which had my key. There was no signage to point out that this is where after-hours keys can be picked up, and the web app was completely incorrect as to where the key was. It took me almost an hour to check out. Furthermore, once I got the key, I could not complete check-in with the web app due to a glitch. My order status on the website (order#21101735) as of getting the key, and still now, is shown as "unknown". When i would click on "view order details" it would redirect me back to the dashboard. For whatever reason now it properly sends me to the order details page. Big help that is after I've dropped off the key. Speaking of dropping off the key, I returned the truck Saturday around 12pm during the location's listed business hours but there was no one in the office and the door was locked. I had to call in AGAIN and have customer service mark my truck as returned. I dropped the key off in the after hours drop box. The truck ran fine enough. It didn't break down which is all you can ask for, really. Next time I'm going to pay the extra and rent from Avon or Galpin. At least they have hydraulic lift gates. Seriously Uhaul, get yourself some lift gate options already.

honestly, the experience started out well. i was treated nicely by the rep; however, as instructed i dropped off the truck and key through the mail box and was later charged more than DOUBLE based on a false return date. i just find that so misleading. not confident i will be reimbursed and may need to dispute with credit card now, which i am not happy to have to deal now.

$10.00 coverage was waived, but Errered in calculation and added to the total, as result, the estimated tax also been calculated wrog. Customer should be credited for the difference. AIG llc needs to be more responsive to their customers.
