The truck was clean! Although, there was a safety concern with the passenger mirror. Every time we went over a bump the passenger mirror would swing out and the driver was not able to see anything on his right or right rear. It was concerning since there is no other rear view mirror as back up to see your surroundings for the right side.

FAN GI think the main thing is to clearly explain the process and what can be done for a smooth capture of keys. Key drop off was very clear, but key and equipment pick up was not. I was able to come back to Cayden’s place after previously making a reservation with a different representative the day prior and this time- Anthony saved us from a very stressful experience that would have happened the next morning since the previous Uhual representative did not finish the reservation process with me the day prior. Anthony deserves a raise and recognition for his incredible customer service skills and hard work ethic!
