Please next time ensure the vehicle is secured and has proper locks and key included. It delayed my trip by 2hrs having to wait till store opened due to inconvenience of truck having wrong lock and no keys inside. Thankful for Kari store employee who helped locate keys inside of store! She was super helpful and had such an amazing attitude!
