I don't understand, if you have to take picture of the uhaul before and after, who ever receives theses pictures should be able to see all the dents on this particular uhaul and the back was left a mess with what yo appeared to be potting soil. I would use uhaul again all I'm saying os it sure isn't like the old days where there were actual people to check the cleanliness of all that other stuff

Darryl JMy only complaint is that I originally reserved the equipment at the Ridgeland MS location and it was changed at the last minute by you. So my suggestion for improvement would be that when a reservation is made at a specific location, honor your commitment.
