Clean the truck inside and out. Mine had ants living in the cab and crawling into my bag of food I had in the cab. Repair the gas gauge. Mine said I had a 1/16 of a tank, of gas when a message came on saying I only had 53 miles of gas left, after the attendant had said I had enough gas to go the 100 miles I was going. Since I didn't believe him I put in 6 gallons of gas just in case . I ended by putting 12 gallons of gasoline in, for a 100 mile trip! Fix the door lock. The drivers side door wouldn't open with a key. I had to open the passenger side door and crawl across to unlock the drivers door.. Clean the office! There has been trash all over the floor, over flowing trash cans, unvacuumed carpets and filthy desk and walls! I will never rent from this facility ever again!
LINDA BThe people working their were friendly. However, I have serious issues when I'm reserving a truck and additional equipment (appliance dolly, furniture dolly and regular dolly, along with 2 dozen blankets) and everything except the appliance dolly and partial blankets are available. Had to call other friends to bring what they had to help with move. Would have had serious issues if other helpers didn't bring moving equipment. Also, having the truck with less than 1/8 of gas in fuel tank is also a disappointment. They must do this in the hopes that customer's return truck with more fuel than left with so they end up making out in the end.
