When I called to confirmed my appointment the woman who answers the was very nice however she could have explained to me the procedures of picking up my truck and that their office was closed and that you needed a smartphone to log in to my account and follow the protocol on the phone.

I had a TERRIBLE time with mobile pick up! I spent just under an hour on the phone with most of it talking to. A Phone rep who had no idea how to help... she was very nice... but seems that there was a technical problem on your website and it took FOREVER just to have someone manually do my live verification since the website wasn’t working. With how often your customers use this pick up process I can’t imagine why it took so long for her to find the right person to fix it... I would say you need to have the customer service team have better access to trouble shooting these problems as most locations are closed on weekend and my guess is many customers need to rent equipment during those hours. I also will say the phone rep did the best she could with the knowledge she has about this service and this isn’t a bad remark to her... it isn’t her fault that she didn’t have better tools to assist her.
