No help was offered, at all no direction was given or offered at this location to help with finding the truck and trailer or hooking it up, when I got in the truck the fuel level was lower than noted on the contract, when I told the attendant he would not change the contract nor would he put fuel into match what was on the contract. He said don’t worry about it, it will be okay.

The van was not cleaned after the last or couple last renters. I also called the location after I dropped off the van at 12pm left a voice mail letting them know I left my car charger in there to please call me. Still haven't heard anything 😕
ASHLEY MThe U-Haul van had roaches . And they call you every day all day from the moment you rent it. I highly do not recommend them. They are a private business and hardly speak English. They are a total rip off.
