Customer service was excellent, agents were helpful, only minus is this location doesn't carry flat screen TV boxes, (reply is they are not sold often) but it'd be good for the store to keep a couple on stock as owners of expensive TV screens won't mind paying $30+ to safely ship a $2,000 TV

TREVOR LIt was difficult to park. It took the staff member a while . I wasn't even sure there was anybody there. There was nowhere to really park to drop off. The staff member did his best I guess.

ADAM BIn my experience, everything went very well. From the assistance with the documentation in person and also online. The online process for returning the vehicle was very smooth. The only downside was that I needed to charge my cell phone and there was no USB port in the vehicle.
