The van was overall pretty good, however there was an issue with the rear door latch, which would not allow the door to close fully some of the times when closing it.

Narayana Struck was older than previous uhauls i’ve had, heat didnt operate as intended, previous renter left 3 metal pipes in the back that became my issue to throw away so i wouldnt be fined for a cleaning fee. i ordered pads to be in the back of the truck (12 of them) all of which were missing when i got to the truck and opened the back. overall just not a good look on uhaul.
Joshua SLocation is fine but would be helpful to offer parking when renting a vehicle.
WILLIAM CI ordered it protection pads for furniture . A person at the counter just casually informed me that they did not have them at the time of picking up the truck. As the result, I ended up with very suboptimal furniture protection.Things like that should be communicated to customers in advance. I would never rent again from that location.
