The truck was clean and all customer service was exceptional. However, the truck - only have 20k miles, was miserable to drive. It was incredibly rough and jerky in the suspension. When we got to approximately 20 mph it would get so rough we could barely talk because we were bouncing around so much.
JOSHUA HTruck was provided to me on empty, it was dirty and the facility was not friendly at all!! Their hours of not opening until 9:00 AM is terrible, will never rent from this place again!!!!
RONALD MThere was an issue with the transmission. When it downshifted it would slam into gear. Needs to be looked at.
