I was told by Ryan area manager that I would get refunded some of this charge for sending in a complaint against the original rental location. I never received any refund or credit. also woman at location never verbalized I was paying $300 for wrong location drop off. I don’t think this merits that high of a charge. The most should have been $100.
Kristen STake equipment out of service while it is being repaired. I had to wait until they were done making repaires to the equipment. Waiting on equipment made me late to my destination. Which caused me to have to stay overnight and wait until the dealership opened the next day at noon. Which caused me to have to rent the equipment another day. Waiting on U-Haul cost me a hotel room and a second day of rental cost I did not plan on spending.
