Keep up the great work! We were stranded from an auto accident and they treated us like family. I can't say enough about how helpful there generosity was. They picked us up at the hotel so we could rent a truck to retrieve our stuff from our totalled vehicle.

My drop-off was 816 highway 231 Troy Alabama . this was the address shown at the rental.
rosemary rFirst we told to drop at one location when we got there the signs said not to drop at that location the when we arrived at the different location the customer service representative had a big chip on her shoulder. Drop off was not a good experience.

Linda GI had a one way rental … I dropped off after hours. HOWEVER, the text I got told me to drop off at a walnut st location in Troy, Al. I went there only to find it was a storage unit place with a sign taped to a pole saying do not drop a truck here with the correct location typed on the paper…. Very frustrating at 8:30 at night after moving all day.
