Yes you can make sure someone is there at least a half a day on Sunday ‘s So someone can be to help someone who is disabled and make the return more pleasureble. I had to get the guy next door to help me get the trailer off and return the paper work in for me.

The main person we dealt with was excellent, the person assisting him was not familiar with the system or how to process a customer. The trailer had a low tire, the facility had no means to reinflate, and did not really offer any options other than to take it and keep it filled with air. The storefront also contributed in a negative manner to the overall experience.

The paperwork process was slow, slow, slow, even though I pre-reserved on line. The place closer to were I lived didn't have any trucks the side I needed.

Horrible customer service Benjamin was very rude he also snatched my U-Haul receipt out of my hand and told me I never had to rent from there again I told him I never will my complaint was they charged my card 4 times and he was very disrespectful about the whole situation

Went to pick the auto transport up and had lights not working and a tire strap was broken. I had to fix the light problem myself and they didn't have any straps to replace the one that was broken so they documented it on the rental agreement and when I dropped the trailer ofc I had to fight with the guy because he said I forged the document.

We went to the store on Saturday to make sure everything was ok for Sunday’s rental (store is closed on Sunday). The worker at UHaul counter was aware of rental and said someone would text me with some “code” or the truck would be open and the key would be in the truck. (He never mentioned to be exactly on time at the truck itself to do the on-line verification.) On Sunday we were late for appointment (emergency hospital visit) and there was no text and no key (truck was not open). After countless tries to get the on-line site working, we called customer service. The contact there simply said it must be my phone that was not working and to try someone else’s phone. This did not work. After about an hour, we got someone else at customer service that explained because we were late for the pickup (unexpected hospital visit), the reservation was cancelled. She instituted another reservation and walked us through them on-line verification process. Once this was done, all went well. Return service was a breeze. The on-line directions as well as actual site workers need to address any FAQ. Had my questions about on-line verification/reservations been answered prior to pickup, this process would have been a breeze.

When you make reservations make sure they can get what they reserved. This store was a last minute rush and I still didn't get what I needed to get done. Not this stores fault but the stop and shop in Valdosta is the shit one and you guys for allowing a reservation to be made and not allowing me to get what I reserved so I'd like my 50 for you messing up on the guarantee.
