Prices are way too expensive, horrible customer service for U-Haul traffic customer service, the website and the app was hard to verify anything. My reservation for Wednesday April 28th was for 9am and I didn't get my rental until almost 10am, but I tried to go through the process to verify things and I was late moving my family, it set me back almost an 1.5 hours. When I was supposed to bring it back at 5, I was late by 15 minutes, I got more time and the older gentleman that I was dealing with said he would give me until 8am the next morning to return the truck and at no other charges to me other than the $137.99 I already paid for Wednesday April 28th. I went to return the truck at 7pm on Wednesday April 28th, uhaul wanted an additional $133 and something cents. I do not feel this additional charge is not fair and I do not approve of this being charged to my credit card. My family and I are a low income family, we thought this would be more affordable with little to no help helping us move and it's put my family in financial hardship. I just needed and wanted to move my family out of a not so family friendly neighborhood. As of right now my family and I will not be coming back to rent anything from U-Haul anytime in the future or recommending U-Haul to anyone. I'm very disappointed, dissatisfied and disgusted in U-Haul.RYAN M.

The APP was difficult to use initially as it didn't load correctly. I tried a couple of times. Once I got that working things went smoothly.BERT T.
The user experience on your booking website was terrible at best. I spent long periods of time on the phone with customer service trying to rectify the situation after multiple attempts to pick up the vehicle, and enter confirmation codes, both through e-mail, or text message. Also, some of the buttons would not allow me to check them as the terms, and user agreements would not show up on the screen. I use Google Chrome on an Android phone, so I am using the most common operating system on a new 5G phone, so I know it is not a result of my phone being old. After many frustrating attempts, I contacted customer service, and the gentleman who I spoke to had to manually send me codes. He was excellent in his professional demeanor, and was patient, and understanding. I was grateful for his help, and he resolved a very stressful situation. If the website was more user friendly, the experience would have been much better.Wade M.
Took an hour on the phone with uhaul just to get the keys as my email and phone number wasn't in system. Covered in snow and ice with no means to scrape and brush off truck . Truck had no M and S or snow tires which is illegal on most highways in the okanagan/interior. Had to call tow truck as I got stuck with poor tires.Todd L.

The vehicle cab was not clean and there was damage that had not been reported from the previous use. The agent had to sweep out the box - it was very dirty. The whole rental seemed rushed and he was just trying to get rid of the vehicle. This office needs to explain the rules clearly before renting (I got nothing)Bruce C.

The location was fine, but the van had no fuel (had a 1/4 tank), the app didn't work for the pick up, and then they wanted to charge the surcharge when i put more fuel in than i used. I will never use uhaul again!!! Horrible experience.Richard L.

Regarding Q1 How would you rate this location? It's a auto wrecking yard that has U-haul as at least its 2ndary business. The premises are typical for a wrecking yard; mostly grease & auto parts; somewhat intimidating but the staff were all over customer service. I'm upset I was told I would get reimbursed if I didn't use all my fuel the truck barely made it to the gas station then took $100.00 to fill I used only a quarter of a tank and the woman in Kamloops where I dropped it off was rude and ignorant, about the whole fuel issue telling me that the place where I picked up my uhaul was wrong and offered me nothing, she would not even stand still to talk to me I had the chase her over the whole truck lot just to receive a shitty answer,I will rather spend the extra money and get a moving company than to use uhaul again from the experience I receivedMicheal S.
