Very disappointed, My original location did not have my trailer because of a no show from the day before, then i was sent to another location many miles in the opposite direction of my loading destination. Then i was sent to a third location a few miles even further than my loading destination. Uhaul went to the trouble to call me the day before the pickup to confirm the reservation but SHOULD of called or texted on the pickup day that my trailer was late in arrival and should of already looked for an alternate pickup location and gave me the option before driving to the original pickup location in Edison NJ. Once we did pickup the trailer we had to pass the Edison location en route to the loading destination and we made a note that it was 3.5 hours that was waisted. We did get a discount on the trailer but expected more of a discount to cover the gasoline and my wasted time as we had to pay extra for a late arrival at our loading destination, The actual pickup site in Vienna was good and the trailer was in good shape, and that was the only positive of the experience.

You guys were awesome!! I give you 10 rating, from start to finish you made my move the best. The outside temperatures were about 98 degrees. And your movers were unstoppable. I had heavy bedroom furniture brought upstairs, and all the rest brought to the basement. Never once in all the heat did they take a break. They did the job to the fullest. Thanks so much. Dawn

This location was great but was not the original location/truck we had reserved. After calling U-Haul’s customer service, I was completely disappointed with you’re company. Not only were your reps rude they were also extremely unhelpful. I was transferred back and forth to about 3 separate reps (having to explain my situation each and every time) only to eventfully be hung up on. I was amazed. I then put it upon myself to find the closest location and setttle for a 9’ van instead of the 15’ we originally reserved. I’m most definitely going to be looking into other rental services before going back to U-Haul again.

i rented a car transport trailer, the vehicle i was towing was rather large bit it fit on the trailer, ( know the dimensions of the vehicle your towing) the trailer was well maintained , all the lights worked, brakes worked, good experience.

It was not the location that was terrible. We didn’t get the location we wanted they chose one over an hour away then we had to go somewhere closer and they didn’t have our size and had to spent almost double what we wanted to spend or the trip would of been worth less. There is no jacks or anything to help lift the trailer on the hitch and on top of spending double we had to spend 14.00 for a light adapter. And the trailer looked like it was never swept out and we had to clean papers out of it etc. we need a moving truck for our final Move in in two weeks but I tnink we will be looking elsewhere.
