This place is an auto junk yard that wasn't even open on the day I was supposed to pick up my previously rented trailer. Zero customer service in person, rental contract canceled without my knowledge, had to pay more to get what I had originally reserved AND less time!!! 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service while I'm supposed to be cleaning out my husband's father's house after his passing. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Never again will I rent from u-haul!!! This entire transaction was a nightmare and I don't wish it on anyone!!
