Computer was down, area mgr. canceled my reservation with checking in with D&K to verify that I had not contacted them. I was sitting in there office trying to complete transaction on my phone when it was canceled.

Liselva RMy truck was not equipped with blankets, dolly and appliance dolly that were ordered. Uhaul team was able to remedy this, but it did cause a lot of extra time, and a trip to another town to get the needed equipment.
