I was treated great by everyone there. The pickup location was easy to find and there was plenty of room to hookup the trailer. They were super quick to help with hookup of the trailer and checking all the lights, tires and connection points.

Try to at least wash the outside of the vehicle as the windows were very dirty and hard to see and a bunch of dirt was left on the floor boards
